If you have made a purchase from Apicoltura Burato, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the products, as required by current regulations for online purchases.
To request a return, please complete the form on this page, indicating your order details and the products you wish to return. Once we receive your request, our team will verify the information provided and send you all the necessary instructions for returning the goods.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who is free to choose the courier to use for returning the products.
To obtain a refund, since Apicoltura Burato sells food products such as honey, pollen, propolis, and other hive products, returned items must be intact, unopened, unconsumed, and suitable for resale.
For health and hygiene reasons and for consumer protection, returns of opened, partially consumed, altered, damaged, or missing food products in their original packaging cannot be accepted.
Apicoltura Burato reserves the right to inspect the condition of returned goods. In the event of damaged, opened, worn, altered, or unsellable products, refunds may not be granted in the cases provided for by applicable law.
